Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed vegetables (potatoes, spinach, onions, cauliflower)
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Chop the vegetables into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix chickpea flour and spices.
- Add water gradually to form a thick batter.
- Fold in the vegetables until well coated.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with chutney.
