- 500g white fish fillets
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Blend fish fillets until smooth.
- Add rice flour, fish sauce, sugar, egg, green onions, garlic, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into small patties.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
