Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup wagyu tallow
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup warm water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
- Add wagyu tallow and mix until crumbly.
- Gradually add warm water while mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small balls.
- Roll each ball into a thin circle.
- Cook on a hot skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side.
