Description
Wagyu Tallow Tortillas are soft, flavorful tortillas made with premium wagyu tallow.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups masa harina
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup wagyu tallow
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
Instructions
- Mix masa harina and salt in a bowl.
- Add wagyu tallow and mix until crumbly.
- Gradually add warm water and knead until smooth.
- Divide dough into 10 equal balls.
- Flatten each ball between two sheets of plastic wrap.
- Cook on a hot skillet for 30 seconds on each side.
- Keep tortillas warm in a towel until serving.
Notes
- Adjust water amount for desired dough consistency.
- Store uncooked tortillas in the fridge for up to a week.
- Use a tortilla press for even thickness.
