A creamy and tangy whipped feta spread topped with warm maple syrup and roasted grapes.

- 8 oz whipped feta cheese
- 1 cup seedless grapes
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss grapes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread grapes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- While grapes roast, whip the feta cheese until smooth.
- Once grapes are done, drizzle with maple syrup.
- Serve whipped feta topped with roasted grapes and garnish with thyme.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness with more or less maple syrup.
- This dish pairs well with crackers or bread.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to two days.
