Description

A creamy and tangy whipped feta spread topped with warm maple syrup and roasted grapes.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz whipped feta cheese
  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss grapes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread grapes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. While grapes roast, whip the feta cheese until smooth.
  5. Once grapes are done, drizzle with maple syrup.
  6. Serve whipped feta topped with roasted grapes and garnish with thyme.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness with more or less maple syrup.
  • This dish pairs well with crackers or bread.
