A delicious whipped strawberry tart made with fresh strawberries and a creamy filling.

- 1 pre-made tart shell
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Prepare the tart shell according to package instructions.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to the cream and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream mixture evenly over the tart shell.
- Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the whipped cream.
- Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

- Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
- Feel free to add a glaze over the strawberries for extra shine.
