Ingredients

- 6 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with flour.
- Melt the white chocolate and butter together in a bowl.
- Whisk in the powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla; mix well.
- Stir in the flour until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared ramekins.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm but the center is soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates.
- Serve immediately, optionally with ice cream.
Notes
- Ensure not to overbake the cakes.
- Can be served with fresh berries.
