- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- 1/4 cup raspberry puree
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in melted white chocolate and vanilla extract.
- Dip ladyfingers in cooled coffee briefly.
- Layer half of the dipped ladyfingers in a dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add half of the raspberries and drizzle with raspberry puree.
- Repeat the layers with remaining ingredients.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh raspberries for best flavor.
- Chill the tiramisu overnight for enhanced taste.
- Adjust sweetness by varying the powdered sugar.
