Description

A refreshing citrus sorbet made with yuzu juice.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup yuzu juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  3. Add yuzu juice and lemon juice to the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for about 2 hours.
  5. Stir the sorbet with a fork to break up ice crystals.
  6. Return to the freezer for another 2 hours.
  7. Scoop and serve cold.

Notes

  • For a smoother texture, use an ice cream maker.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
  • Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
