Description
A refreshing citrus sorbet made with yuzu juice.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup yuzu juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Add yuzu juice and lemon juice to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for about 2 hours.
- Stir the sorbet with a fork to break up ice crystals.
- Return to the freezer for another 2 hours.
- Scoop and serve cold.
Notes
- For a smoother texture, use an ice cream maker.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
